Customer Service Operative | Capalaba Central
Are you a people person who loves making someone's day just a little brighter?
We are currently seeking Customer Service Operatives to join our team at Capalaba Central. In this frontline role, you will be the welcoming face of the centre by assisting shoppers, answering enquiries, and helping create a positive and memorable customer experience. Whether you're new to the industry or bring prior experience, we offer full training and a supportive team environment to help you thrive.
*This is a casual position best suited to individuals with a high level of availability and flexibility. As there is no set roster, shifts are offered based on operational needs, including short notice call-ins. Applicants must be comfortable working on an adhoc basis with variable hours.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greeting and assisting customers at the service desk and around the centre
- Answering phone enquiries with a smile (yes, people can hear it!)
- Issuing gift vouchers and mobility aids like wheelchairs and scooters
- Supporting centre management and marketing events
Who We're Looking For: - Positive, energetic, and detail-oriented
- Great communicator with solid computer and time management skills
- Professionally presented and reliable
- Able to work solo and as part of a team
- Safety-conscious and customer-focused
