Security Officer | Ipswich & Southside Locations
 
We are currently seeking multiple suitably qualified Security Officers to join our team across key Ipswich and Southside locations, including Orion Springfield and Riverlink.
 
We also have opportunities across Logan and South Brisbane for candidates with broader travel availability. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality, client-focused security services within fast-paced retail environments.
 
These positions are casual, with the ability to progress into a permanent roster.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality frontline customer service and support
• Identify risks and resolve issues proactively
• Report and record incidents and daily activities
• Respond to medical and security incidents
• Manage emergency situations in line with site procedures
• Build and maintain professional relationships with emergency services
• Apply conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques

About You

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
• Current Security Licence and Crowd Control Licence (QLD)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well-developed customer service skills
• Flexible to work across a rotating 24/7 roster
• High level of personal presentation and integrity
• Experience in a regulated or high-volume environment (preferred)
• Organised and outcome-focused
