Cleaning Operatives - Full Time & Part Time

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Cleaning Operative to complete our amazing team at West Village in West End.
 
Trident Services Cleaning Pty Ltd is a recognized leader in integrated services across retail centres and airports nationally. We proudly deliver high-quality cleaning and customer service through a proactive, safety-focused approach.

About the Role:
 
You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across public areas, bathrooms and touchpoints, while always presenting professionally and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. The Full Time roster is Monday to Friday (3 x mornings, 2 x afternoons) and includes 2 days supervisory duties.

About You: 

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Supervisory experience will be highly regarded
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for long periods
• Able to pass a National Police Check
• Previous retail cleaning experience is preferred
• Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle — preferred but not essential
