At Trident Services Australia, we’re proud to play a vital role in protecting Australia’s aviation network. We’re now seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead operations within a dynamic airport environment.

The Opportunity
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, compliance, and seamless day-to-day operations of your designated aviation site.
You will:

• Lead, mentor and develop a large operational team
• Drive a strong safety, compliance and customer-focused culture
• Ensure contractual and legislative obligations are consistently met
• Build strong stakeholder relationships within the aviation environment
• Promote and embed Trident’s Vision and Values across the workforce
• Deliver operational excellence while maintaining a positive team culture

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring visibility, accountability and strong people management capability.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a leader who brings:

• Current ASIC (or the ability to obtain one)
• Extensive senior management experience
• Experience in security, aviation, transport or other highly regulated industries (desirable)
• Strong operational and compliance management capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• High personal integrity and professional presentation standards

Most importantly, you are a decisive, solutions-focused leader who can balance operational demands with strong team engagement.
