Roster:

• Wednesday: 11:00–21:30
• Thursday: 11:00–22:00
• Friday: 11:00–21:30
• Saturday: 08:00–14:30

Enjoy a consistent four‑day work week with a great mix of day and afternoon shifts. 

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering professional and approachable customer service
• Responding to incidents, including medical and emergency situations
• Proactively identifying and reporting safety risks
• Managing conflict and assisting with de‑escalation
• Supporting centre operations and emergency procedures
• Working closely with centre management and stakeholders

What you'll bring:

• Current Queensland Security Licence with crowd control function
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Strong communication skills and a calm, confident approach
• Reliability and commitment to the roster
• High personal presentation and a customer‑focused mindset
