We are currently seeking reliable and licensed Security Officers to join our team on a casual basis across South Australia. These opportunities offer genuine pathways to permanent roles for high-performing officers.
Based primarily at Westfield West Lakes, with the opportunity to work across Westfield Marion and Westfield Tea Tree Plaza, you will bring your experience to fast-paced, high-profile retail environments within some of SA's leading shopping destinations.
About the Role
As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining safety and supporting daily operations across these dynamic centres, assisting customers, managing incidents, and working closely with center management and emergency services to ensure a safe and welcoming experience for all.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing professional and friendly front-line customer service
Responding to medical, emergency and security-related incidents
Monitoring safety risks and reporting hazards or suspicious activity
Supporting centre operations through crowd management and conflict de-escalation
Assisting with emergency procedures and evacuation protocols
What You'll Need
Current SA Security Agent Licnece
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Strong communication skills and customer service focus
Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
High standard of presentation and professionalism
Drivers licence and reliable transport - preferred
