Security Officers – Westfield Geelong

We are currently seeking reliable and licensed security officers to join our team in the Control Room at Westfield Geelong. 

As a Security Officer at Westfield Geelong, you’ll use your experience to support a highly regarded retail centre in a relaxed coastal city. You’ll take an active role in maintaining safety and ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting customers, responding to incidents, and working alongside centre management.

Roster:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 0600-1800
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 0600-1800

 
What you'll be doing:

• Delivering high-quality front-line customer service
• Responding to incidents, including medical and emergency situations
• Monitoring safety risks and reporting incidents
• Assisting with crowd management and de-escalation
• Supporting retail centre operations and emergency response procedures

What you'll need:

• Current Victorian Security Licence with Crowd Control & Monitoring function
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts between 0600-1800 
• High standard of personal presentation and customer-focused attitude
