Security Officers | Noosa Civic Shopping Centre
 
We are currently seeking Casual Retail Security Officers to join our team at Noosa Civic Shopping Centre. This role offers steady work in a busy retail environment, flexible hours, and the support of a professional and friendly team.

What you'll do:

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety
• Patrol retail areas and monitor CCTV for suspicious activity
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations
• Apply First Aid and CPR when required
• Manage access to restricted areas and loading docks
• Handle conflicts calmly using effective de-escalation techniques
• Prepare accurate incident reports and security logs

What we're looking for:

• Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control Function
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and high integrity
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Driver's Licence and own transport (preferred)
