Control Room Security Officer | Westfield Marion

Trident Services Australia is seeking experienced and licensed Control Room Security Officers to join our team at Westfield Marion for an exciting new site commencement. This is a full-time role operating on a 4 on, 4 off roster, with operations commencing on Monday 9th of February.
 
This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for retailers, customers, and staff through effective monitoring, communication, and incident response.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate CCTV, access control, and communication systems
• Coordinate security teams during incidents and emergencies
• Respond to alarms and dispatch resources as required
• Assist with incident reporting and safety compliance
• Communicate clearly with centre management and emergency services
• Support emergency response and daily centre operations

About You

• Current SA Security Licence with Monitoring and Crowd Control
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Previous control room experience preferred (retail or corporate)
• Availability for 4 on, 4 off roster (days / nights)
• Professional presentation and conduct
