Retail Cleaning Supervisor - Newmarket Village
 
About the Role

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to assist the Regional Manager with coordinating daily cleaning operations at a premium retail outlet in Newmarket. This hands-on role involves supporting team members and helping with minor roster and task adjustments. Ideal for an experienced cleaner looking to grow into a team support position.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cleaning duties and team support
• Perform general site cleaning: amenities, food court, car parks, bins (as required)
• Monitor cleaning quality and report issues to management 
• Assist with roster adjustments and task allocation
• Report hazards and incidents
• Maintain WHS compliance and professional communication

Skills & Experience

• Previous cleaning experience essential (retail/commercial preferred)
• Minimum one year's supervisory experience in any industry
• Reliable, proactive, and physically fit
• Able to work independently and in a team

Mandatory Requirements

• Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Australian work rights (unlimited)
• First Aid (desirable)
• QLD Driver's Licence
• Available to work a Mon-Fri 0630-1436 roster
