We're currently looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Operator to be the welcoming face and helpful hand at a busy shopping centre in Aitkenvale.

This role will see you be the first point of contact for the Townsville Shopping Centre customer service team, working closely with the Customer Service supervisor to deliver outstanding customer service and assist with the daily operations.
 
Role Overview:

• Greet and assist shoppers with a warm, positive attitude
• Provide accurate information about store locations, centre promotions, and events
• Handle lost property and customer inquiries in person, via phone, and online
• Support the coordination of centre activities and assist with administration tasks
• Respond to emergencies or incidents according to centre procedures

About You:

• Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or call centre a plus)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident using phones, computers, and basic office systems
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
