Full-Time Cleaning Operative - Caloundra Shopping Centre

Hours: Monday-Friday

• Monday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Tuesday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Cleaning Operative to join our team at a premium retail site in Caloundra. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality cleaning services with a strong focus on customer service and safety.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client needs professionally.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times.
• Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a Criminal History Check
• Valid Driver's License 
• Previous cleaning experience (retail or commercial environment preferred).
• High level of personal presentation and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Excellent mobility and ability to walk for long periods.
• Previous experience using a ride-on scrubber (preferred but not essential).
