Full-Time Cleaning Operative – Noosa Civic Shopping Centre
 
About the Role

Join our cleaning team at Noosa Civic Shopping Centre as a permanent cleaner. This role involves performing general cleaning duties to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for shoppers and staff. Ideal for a reliable and hardworking cleaner looking for regular part-time work.

Rostered Hours

• Mon–Wed: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Thu–Fri: 1:30 PM – 9:00 PM
  Additional casual opportunities available outside these hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks including amenities, food court, car parks, and bin emptying
• Provide excellent customer service
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot clean surfaces and floors
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any supply needs or maintenance issues
• Follow workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures at all times
• Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance concerns promptly
• Communicate professionally with team members and site management

Skills & Experience

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible shifts

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid Police Check or willingness to obtain one
• Australian work rights
• Availability to work Monday–Friday
