About the Role

We are seeking multiple suitably qualified and experienced Security Officers for a range of locations across Brisbane’s Northside and Southside. Successful candidates will deliver high-quality, customer-focused security services and represent Trident with professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front-line customer service
• Identify risks and resolve issues proactively
• Accurately report and record incidents and activities during each shift
• Respond to all medical and security incidents
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Follow established processes during emergency events
• Build professional relationships with emergency service personnel
• Apply conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques

Minimum Requirements

• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Current Security (unarmed) and Crowd Control Licence (QLD)
• Driver licence (own transport preferred) 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well-developed customer service and client engagement skills
• Previous experience in a retail security environment
• Flexibility to work across a rotating 24/7 roster
• High standards of personal presentation and integrity
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
