Join Our Aviation Cleaning Team at Brisbane Airport! 
 
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity at Brisbane Airport? Trident Services is currently recruiting for an Aviation Cleaning Supervisor on a Full-Time basis to lead one of our morning teams.  
 
About the Role As an Aviation Cleaning Supervisor at Brisbane Airport, you'll play a vital role in creating safe, clean, and memorable travel experiences for passengers and visitors. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness throughout the airport, ensuring the environment is always welcoming.  
 
Key Responsibilities:  
 
Working closely with the BAC Operations Manager, you will be responsible for,

• Managing the day-to-day cleaning operations
• Managing shift rosters including core and Adhoc shifts
• Providing leadership and operational support to cleaning employees
• Managing quality systems to ensure compliance and safety
• Service delivery quality assurance including auditing and reporting requirements

About You:

• Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task
• Strong customer engagement skills and a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic and high-risk airport environment
• Detail-oriented and committed to workplace health and safety
• Open to learning and growing in the cleaning industry

 
Essential Requirements:

• Ability to successfully pass a Criminal History Check, Drug and Alcohol Screening, and Medical Assessments
• Ability to obtain an ASIC(Criminal History Clearance)
• Hold an unrestricted Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

• High level of presentation and cleanliness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to walk for extended periods
• Friendly, approachable, and happy disposition
