Security Officers - Cleveland Central
 
We're excited to announce that Trident Services Australia has been awarded the security contract at Cleveland Central, with operations commencing from Monday, 11 November 2025. We are currently seeking licensed Security Officers to join our team in Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual roles.
 
As a Security Officer at Cleveland Central, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for shoppers, retailers and visitors — all while delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant retail setting. 
 
What you'll be doing:

• Providing professional and friendly front-line customer service
• Responding to incidents, including medical, emergency, and security-related events
• Monitoring safety risks and reporting hazards or suspicious activity
• Supporting centre operations through crowd management and de-escalation techniques
• Assisting with emergency procedures and evacuation protocols

What you'll need:

• Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function
• Valid First Aid and CPR certificates
• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer experience
• Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• High standard of personal presentation and professionalism
