Cleaning Operative

Trident Services Cleaning Pty Ltd is an industry leader in delivering integrated services, including cleaning and security, to retail centres and airports across Australia. We pride ourselves on delivering proactive, high-quality services to our clients.

We are currently seeking suitably experienced and reliable Cleaning Operators to join our team at a premium retail site in Tweed Heads. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards while delivering exceptional customer service in a professional, fast-paced environment. 

To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:

• A friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic
• High level of personal presentation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to working safely and maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment
• Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including public holidays
• Good mobility and physical fitness – ability to walk or stand for long periods
• Reliability and punctuality

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check
• Availability to work flexible hours on a rotating roster
