Night Cleaning Supervisor

We are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Night Cleaning Supervisor. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for leading and managing the site’s night cleaning team, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, customer service–focused cleaning solutions, and providing professional guidance and support to your team and clients after hours.
 
This position will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day night operations of cleaning services
• Managing overnight shift rosters, including core and ADHOC shifts
• Providing leadership and operational support to the night cleaning staff
• Ensuring compliance with quality systems and safety procedures
• Conducting regular quality assurance audits and completing night-shift reporting requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory/ leading hand cleaning role
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on presentation standards
• A well-developed knowledge of CCTV, Fire Control Panel, Access Control systems, and emergency protocols
• Proven ability to mentor and guide staff to meet performance expectations
• A thorough understanding of workplace health and safety standards, especially during night operations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with site security and after-hours stakeholders
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task under minimal supervision
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
