We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Retail Cleaning Operatives for Sunshine Plaza. These positions are available as casual, part-time, and full-time opportunities.

The successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers, staff, and visitors, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness across the site.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning duties across retail and public spaces at Sunshine Plaza.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and high presentation standards at all times.
• Respond to client requests for additional cleaning services in a professional and efficient manner.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are safe and in good working condition.
• Strictly adhere to health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to maintain a clean environment.
• Support a positive customer experience through high-quality service.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
• High standards of personal presentation and punctuality
• Own reliable transport or access to transportation
