A Customer Service Administrator working an alternate week of from Home and their Swindon office is wanted by a leading UK business working across the heating and renewables market. The role will see you supporting the Customer Service Team, providing general administrative support for them and other areas of the business as required. You will be providing front line customer service to both the organisations clients, customers, as well as other external and internal stakeholders too.
Role Overview
- Answer the telephone in a polite and helpful manner, promoting a centre for Excellence in Customer Services.
- Promote Customer Satisfaction throughout the department ensuring that all our customers receive a valued service.
- Product registrations and processing Service Plans.
- Invoicing and taking payments for non-warranty work including Service Plans.
- Dealing with all Service issues and correspondence on a day to day basis.
- Placing Warranty and Service Calls for both In-house and 3rd party Engineers.
- Processing service spares orders on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Liaising with the Warehouse/ Stock Controller when dealing with stock issues.
- Processing Credits on a weekly basis, including replacement parts.
- Arranging product replacement and collection when required.
- Take part in Departmental training/ meetings as required.
- Any other duties that may need to be carried out.
Experience & Skills Required The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Excellent Customer Service focus & demonstrable experience
- Good all round administrative experience and capabilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products, including Outlook, Excel & Word.
- Ideally have experience of using a CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills along with a clear and confident telephone manner.

In return you will have a base salary up to £22.5k, 21 days annual leave + bank holidays, Pension, Private health scheme and further progression within the business if desired.
Salary:- £22,500 basic salary + Bupa, 29 Days Hols & Pension
Location:- Alternate weeks of Swindon & Home Based
Hours:- 39.5 hrs per week
Split shifts of; Early 7.30 to 16.00 Monday to Thursday & 7.30 to 16.00 on Friday
Late 9.00 to 18.00 Monday to Thursday & 8.30 to 17.00 on Friday
