Kingsley Consulting are supporting a “best in class” Building Products Merchant who are looking to hire a Branch Manager for their successful Surrey based branch
Location: North London Remuneration: Salary:
Up to £50K + Car, Bonus, Pension + Great Benefits Hours:
Monday to Friday 7am – 4.30pm Role Overview
You will play a pivotal role within the business by leading your sales and operational team to ensure they are providing first class service to customers and ensure the branch runs smoothly whilst pushing profitability forward. Candidate Experience/Key Qualities
A background within the Building Products/Trade/Merchants or within Construction Sales, (or something similar) is certainly an advantage
A knowledge of the Builders Merchants sector or Construction Product Supplies would also be useful, along with experience of working within a Retail environment.
You could be working within a Merchant at present, but ready to take that step forward now with your career? The critical components to delivering success in the role would be;
- Articulate and able to build rapport with Customers at different levels
- Retail Sales Experience
- Driven, Organised and able to prioritise workload efficiently
- Customer centric with your approach to everything you do.
