Kingsley Consulting have partnered with a Dynamic Media Group who due to continued growth of their successful team, seek to recruit a Junior Media Sales Manager. The Junior Media Sales Manager role is a very exciting role, that will take ownership of an area of the group, which has the potential to develop quickly, driven by the successful candidate.
Location: Tonbridge based, with frequent travel to meet Customers (likely split 2 days office based/3 days customers – but flexibility is going to be key) Our Client has the ability to offer training on all elements of the role, you just need to bring the drive and ambition to be successful!
To target SME’s using telephone, email, video meetings and face to face activity to sell advertising space and all social/marketing opportunities, along with developing the exhibition side of the business
Ongoing relationship building with existing clients cross selling/up-selling where possible
Working to a variety of targets and KPIs including client meetings to help you achieve and exceed expectation
Any recent/current and successful background within telesales/field sales roles would be ideal, however a passion and appetite for sales, along with a determined and driven approach to building a career within Sales would be the type of characteristic of someone that can bring success to this role.
Must be driven to take the opportunity forward, develop it and be motivated to grow the exhibition potential of the role
The ability to build relationships with key decision makers would be essential
Commissions focused and target driven mentality
Full driving licence is essential
A very good starting salary of between £18,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
Excellent uncapped OTE commissions in first and second year and onward depending upon success generated
