Media Sales Manager role working for a fast growing Media Group

Kingsley Consulting have partnered with a Dynamic Media Group who due to continued growth of their successful team, seek to recruit a Media Sales Manager. The Media Sales Manager role is a very exciting role, that will take ownership of an area of the group, which has the potential to develop quickly, driven by the successful candidate.
Location: Tonbridge based, with frequent travel to meet Customers (likely split 2 days office based/3 days customers – but flexibility is going to be key)
To target SME’s using telephone, email, video meetings and face to face activity to sell advertising space and all social/marketing opportunities, along with developing the exhibition side of the business
Ongoing relationship building with existing clients cross selling/up-selling where possible
Working to a variety of targets and KPIs including client meetings to help you achieve and exceed expectation
A recent/current and successful background within advertising/media sales – field experience essential.
Must be driven to take the opportunity forward, develop it and be motivated to grow the exhibition potential of the role
New business sales experience is essential as is the ability to nurture existing relationships
Commissions focussed and target driven mentality
Full driving licence is essential
A very good starting salary of between £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
Excellent uncapped OTE - £10K + in commissions in first and second year depending upon success generated
