The team at Employal are working with leading Manufacturing organisations across Sydney and Central Coast. 

Due to a strong pipeline of work coming through in the next few weeks, we are aiming to scale up on interested personnel across Trades Assistants, Boilermakers and Welders. 

About the role;

You will be required to work within a busy Manufacturing environment supporting the team with daily requirements including, 

• Read and Interpret drawings 
• Performing MIG & TIG welding 
• Assisting Welders with additional preparation 
• Working in a collaborative team environment 
• Adhering to WHS Practices and Policies 
• Maintain a clean and tidy working station/ environment 

Your experience; 

To be considered for these opportunities you will need to have the following skills and competencies, 

• Boilermaker/ Welder qualifications 
• Demonstrated knowledge as a Trade Assistant for Welders or Fitters 
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical 
• Ideally hold a confined space ticket or working at heights ticket 
• Positive work ethic and reliability 
• Team motivated 
• Flexibility for shifts and overtime
