Our team of six has recently expanded, and we're looking for a go-getter and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us.

Position Overview
 
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Employal, you'll play a crucial role in the temporary recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is hungry to achieve targets, earn competitive commissions, train junior staff and contribute to our company's growth and team culture. This is the prime role to be first in line for the next Team Leader opportunity.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage top talent within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Develop new business opportunities and expand our client base
• Conduct high volume screening calls and interviews
• Collaborate with the team to provide optimal recruitment solutions
• Meet and exceed sales and recruitment activity targets
• Conduct client site meetings
• Training for junior staff

Experience / must have's

• Proven experience in recruitment
• Ability to meet KPI's and deadlines
• Can work in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated to work from home 2-3 days a week 
• Team work - work as a team to fill roles for our clients
• Own transport to visit clients across Sydney metro

Location / hours

We love our flexible work arrangement. We work 2 set days in the office and one day optional throughout the week pending visits.
