Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 5 direct reports fostering collaboration and productivity.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
• Oversee receiving operations and verify incoming goods.
• Perform precise data entry to maintain inventory records.
• Operate a high reach forklift (up to 7 meters).
• Wrap pallets securely and assist with picking and packing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in all-round warehouse operations.
• Valid LF forklift license with high reach experience (7m high).
• RF scanning experience is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Must have full working rights in Australia
