Due to an increase in project pipeline, we are currently looking for a Supervisor to join a leading Civil Contractor across the Newcastle & Hunter Valley regions. 

You will be working on a diverse range of projects from Bulk Earthworks, Subdivisions, Roads, Mining and Local Council works, ranging in value from $2-40M. 

Key Responsibilities

To be successful within this role, you will bring your knowledge of Civil Infrastructure works, with daily duties and responsibilities including but not limited to, 

• Overseeing all site works, including subcontractors and trades 
• Maintaining QA & WHS requirements 
• Working closely with Project Manager to ensure programs and schedules are met 
• Liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities and public enquiries 

About you

We are looking for a motivated and driven supervisor, that is passionate about their work and eager to succeed, 

• Demonstrated knowledge of Civil Infrastructure projects
• Ability to travel and work away from home as required 
• Strong WHS focus and work ethic 
• Ability to communicate across all levels of personnel 
• Maintain documentation including SWMS and ITP's
