We’re on the hunt for a driven, dynamic and self-motivated Consultant to join the Construction & Trades division of Employal. 

This is a diverse role covering both Temporary and Permanent recruitment from Entry Level through to Senior Professionals.

We are open to both experienced Recruiters, along with those wanting a step into the industry, just bring your can-do attitude and resilience! 


Duties & Responsibilities: 

As a recruitment consultant you can expect that no two days are the same, however, your key responsibilities will include, 

• Proactively source and identify suitable candidates across the Construction & Trades
• Support a Senior Recruitment Manager by creating specific talent pools across a range of skill sets 
• Proactive business development to new and exisiting clients 
• Active record keeping and administrative tasks
• Attend on-site meetings & networking events
• Build strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.

About you: 
Above all we are looking for a motivated and driven individual, with the confidence to be adaptable in a growing business, we are looking for,

• Ideally experience in the Recruitment industry, preferably Construction 
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities 
• Resilience, initiative, and a proactive approach in a fast-moving environment.
• Great work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility in terms of travel required to other offices and on-site meetings
