We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading organisation in Newcastle. You will be working on diverse projects across Commercial, Residential and Industrial works, valued from $2-15M.

Duties & Responsibilities:
As the lead Site Manager, you will be required to oversee all on-site works and teams including subcontractors and trades. 

• Working closely with the Project Manager to meet program expectations, including personnel costs and schedules 
• Lead and oversee WHS & QA requirements 
• Maintain documentation and reporting for stakeholders 
• Coach and Mentor all employees including Subcontractors, Trades and Labourers 

About you:
To be considered for this position you will need to have the following skills and experience; 

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on Commercial projects, valued over $5M 
• Ability to coach and lead teams, including Apprentices and Subcontractors 
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Relevant trade qualifications, Drivers licence 
• Willingness to undertake police check and medicals
