We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join a busy temp labour hire desk in Brisbane South. This is a candidate focused role where you’ll be managing candidates for your team and overseeing the process to ensure positions are filled ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a wide range of temporary blue-collar roles.
• Maintaining a ready-to-go pool of skilled workers to meet client needs at short notice.
• Building genuine, lasting relationships with candidates
• Ensuring every candidate enjoys a positive and professional recruitment experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a recruitment agency environment
• Experience recruiting in the blue-collar or temporary space is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong organisational ability to manage high-volume recruitment.
