We’re seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our small, collaborative team in a clean, modern production / warehouse environment.
You’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC router and water jet machines, producing precision-cut panels across a variety of materials.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, detailed work in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities: 

• Operating CNC router and water jet machines
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production instructions
• Loading panels (approx. 20kg) and performing precise cuts to specification
• Assisting with warehousing tasks, including stock put-away and dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating CNC router machines or in a similar production role
• Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Holds a current forklift licence 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, team-oriented, and brings a positive attitude to work
