Due to recent projects being awarded, we are now looking for experienced Project Managers to work on Commercial and Residential projects along the coast from Newcastle through to Coffs Harbour.

The projects range in value from $10M up to $50M and you will be working with a reputable builder, with strong supports across the organisation for all staff from Project Managers through to the Trades/ Labourers.

Key Responsibilities; 
As the Project Manager, your role will be varied and reflect the stage of the build, however, you can expect, 

• Managing and developing project programs and schedules 
• All finance, budgets and forecasts required for the work 
• Developing and managing contracts
• WHS & QA requirements
• Leading & Coaching site personnel to met project expectations 
• Liaison with key stakeholders including local councils, developers and subcontractors

About you; 
To be successful within this role, you will need to have demonstrated capacity as a Project Manager within the Construction sector and have the following skills & qualifications, 

• Bachelor of Construction Management or Civil Engineering and or Trade background
• Demonstrated knowledge managing projects above $10M, ideally Commercial or High-Rise Residential 
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
• Strong WHS practices and quality work 
• Good work ethic and motivation to succeed
