Join a leading pool manufacturing company in Stapylton as a Mould Prep Operator. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes initiative, and can operate independently. You’ll be preparing fibreglass moulds using waxing and release agents — think of it like detailing a car, but with bigger impact.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just a doer, but a thinker. You’ll be trained, but expected to make decisions on the job (e.g. which wax to use, how many coats, tape test results). If you’ve got a forklift licence and a proactive mindset, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Apply wax and release agents to fibreglass moulds
• Conduct tape tests to ensure proper release
• Maintain a clean and organised prep area
• Operate forklift for material handling
• Work independently and troubleshoot minor issues
• Follow safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in manufacturing, detailing, or similar hands-on work
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Strong attention to detail and initiative
• Reliable transport to Stapylton
• Full working rights in Australia
