Our client, a leading pool manufacturer based in Picton, is currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Production Labourers to join their team. These are full-time roles with consistent Monday to Friday hours and opportunities for overtime.

As a Production Labourer, you’ll play a key role in the manufacturing of fibreglass pools, working in a fast-paced shed environment alongside skilled operators. This is hands-on, physical work that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.


Key Responsibilities:

• Operating fibreglass spray guns to apply consistent layers across pool surfaces
• Assisting other operators with rolling and layering fibreglass for structural integrity
• Supporting general production tasks including mould preparation, trimming, and finishing
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with WHS standards
• Following production schedules and instructions from team leaders

Hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Pay Rate: $37.50/hr + overtime available


What We’re Looking For:

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a shed environment
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a tight-knit production team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Experience in manufacturing or construction is highly regarded
• Full working rights in Australia
• Available for site walk-throughs and immediate starts
