Employal Recruitment has an new opportunity for a Forklift Operator who is enthusiastic, reliable, and looking for work in Yagoona for a well known Steel Manufacturing Company.


Specific Responsibilities 

• Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload steel and timber products from trucks and containers
• Manually handle and secure materials onto pallets as required
• Allocate products to correct storage locations within the site
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Complete associated paperwork and inventory records accurately

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements 

• Current LF Forklift licence (Counterbalance)
• Experience in manual handling heavy products (steel/timber preferred)
• Proven background in forklift within the warehouse operations or manufacturing
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Employment
The position will start on a Casual basis with the possibility of Full Time Permanent employment for the right candidate.
