Responsibilities:

• Supervise a small production team and manage daily operations
• Oversee the full production process: raw material handling, machine operation, product bagging, shrink wrapping, and palletising
• Manage inbound deliveries and coordinate accurate, timely dispatch of goods
• Conduct stocktakes and monitor inventory levels
• Collaborate with senior managers on timelines, production goals, and process improvements
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and coordinate maintenance support when needed
• Maintain accurate production records in line with ISO and other quality standards

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in a production or factory environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence in resolving minor machinery issues
• Valid Forklift Licence and Driver’s Licence 
• Construction White Card 
• Strong communication and organisational skills
