Salary – $80,000 – $100,000 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading) + superannuation

About the Role Reporting to the Engagement Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting Hub and Clinic growth across Everyday Independence and Early Start Australia.
You'll deliver marketing and engagement initiatives that strengthen referral networks, support local growth priorities and enhance awareness of our services. Working closely with Operational Leaders, Business Development Managers and General Managers, you'll help coordinate growth initiatives while providing valuable performance reporting and insights.
This is a varied role that combines:
- Stakeholder engagement
- Hub and Clinic growth support
- Marketing campaign coordination
- Referral growth initiatives
- Data analysis and performance reporting
- Events and partnerships
You’ll also monitor referral and conversion performance, develop monthly reporting and provide data-driven recommendations that help teams achieve growth targets.
Who We Are Looking For You’re a proactive marketer who enjoys balancing creativity with commercial thinking. You love working with data, can spot trends and opportunities, and are comfortable building relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
You'll bring:
- A degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing, communications or engagement role
- Knowledge and experience of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing and event planning
- Strong written communication and content development skills for various channels including website, social media, flyers and email marketing
- Confidence analysing data and translating insights into recommendations
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative, positive, can-do attitude and a passion for engaging people
Desirable experience - WordPress, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Canva or Adobe Indesign
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
