$70,000 - $80,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission

Our client is a growing Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering nationally recognised training across the construction, civil, mining and infrastructure sectors.

Due to continued growth, they're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join their team and help expand their client base across South East Queensland.

This is a true business development role, combining warm inbound enquiries with proactive client acquisition. You'll build relationships with employers, identify training opportunities and grow long-term partnerships while enjoying the backing of a well-established brand and consistent marketing support.

About the Role

• Convert inbound enquiries into course enrolments.
• Generate new business through networking, prospecting and relationship building.
• Visit clients across construction, civil, mining and trade industries.
• Develop long-term employer partnerships and repeat business.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
• Manage your sales pipeline using the CRM.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

About You
 
You'll be an energetic and self-motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities.
Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in business development, B2B sales or account management.
• Confidence developing new business and building client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, organised and results-driven approach.
• CRM experience.

Experience within training, education, construction or mining is highly regarded but not essential.
