Associate Client Director 
$150,000 - $160,000 + Super + Bonus | Brisbane

We're partnering with a progressive public practice firm that's built an outstanding reputation supporting businesses within the construction industry.
  
Following continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Associate Client Director to join their leadership team.
  
This is an opportunity for a senior accounting professional who enjoys working closely with clients, leading teams and contributing to the growth of a modern, forward-thinking firm.
  
The Opportunity
As Associate Client Director, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of business clients while mentoring and developing your team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, helping drive client satisfaction, operational excellence and business growth.
  
Your Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business advisory and compliance clients.
• Build long-term relationships and become a trusted adviser.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Review work and maintain exceptional quality standards.
• Manage workflow, budgets and client profitability.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships.
• Contribute to business development through networking, referrals and LinkedIn.
• Help drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and people.

About You

• CA or CPA qualified.
• 7+ years' experience within Australian public practice.
• Strong technical knowledge across tax and business services.
• Previous experience managing client relationships and leading teams.
• Advanced Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM) experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Experience within the building and construction sector or QBCC compliance is highly regarded, although not essential.
