Practice Manager | South East Brisbane

An established suburban accounting firm is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations and help drive continued growth. This is a hands-on, trusted role working closely with Partners to improve workflow, performance and overall efficiency.

The Role

• Oversee daily operations of the practice
• Lead admin and support teams
• Improve systems, workflows and processes
• Manage IT systems, vendor relationships and office facilities
• Manage WIP, billing and debtor cycles
• Support budgeting, reporting and planning
• Support partners with strategic planning and business development initiatives
• Assist with recruitment and team development
• Drive a positive, collaborative culture

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Practice Manager (accounting/professional services)
• Strong operations, workflow and process improvement skills
• Commercial mindset with WIP/billing exposure
• Confident stakeholder management and communication
• Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously
