Our client is a well-established accounting firm looking for an experienced Client Manager to play a key role in their next phase of growth.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a Partner, take ownership of client relationships, and be part of building something locally. This is a role with a clear and genuine pathway to Partnership as the office grows.

The Opportunity
This is a highly client-facing role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients while supporting and mentoring a small team.
You’ll be involved in:

• Managing and growing your own client portfolio
• Building strong, long-term client relationships
• Reviewing work and providing guidance to junior team members
• Delivering tax and business advisory services
• Manage workflow, WIP, billing & deadlines
• Identifying opportunities to add value and support client growth
• Working closely with the Partner on strategy and business development

The role blends hands-on technical work with leadership, making it ideal for someone ready to step up or already operating at a Client Manager level.

About You
You’re someone who enjoys working closely with clients and takes pride in delivering high-quality advice and service.

• CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
• 5+ years’ experience in public practice
• Strong technical skills across tax, compliance, CGT, GST, FBT & Div 7A
• Confident managing client relationships end-to-end
• Experience reviewing work and mentoring others
• Keen to progress your career toward leadership/partnership
