Loss Adjuster | Senior to Executive Level 
Sydney | Hybrid Work Model 

We are seeking experienced Loss Adjusters across a range of seniorities to manage and progress insurance claims through to settlement. You will work across a diverse portfolio of claims, supported by a high-performing and collaborative claims team.

This role offers autonomy, strong administrative support and the opportunity to work with a well-established specialist organisation experiencing continued national growth.

The Role

• End-to-end management of insurance claims
• Site inspections to determine causation, quantify loss and assess policy coverage
• Liaison with insurers, policyholders, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Preparation of clear, accurate written reports and recommendations
• Compliance with legislative requirements, codes of practice and service standards
• Mentoring of junior team members (Senior & Executive roles)

About You

• Proven experience as a Loss Adjuster at Intermediate, Senior or Executive level
• Strong technical capability and understanding of the claims lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well organised with strong stakeholder management abilities
• Experience using claims management systems

Senior / Executive level candidates will have:

• 5–10+ years’ experience across property (major/complex loss), commercial, liability, construction, engineering or strata
• Professional accreditation (AICLA, ANZIIF or similar)
