The Role

• Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for complex family groups (companies, trusts & individuals)
• Preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS)
• End-of-financial-year tax planning for multi-entity structures
• Reconciliation of inter-entity transactions and loan accounts
• Division 7A loans, UPEs, CGT, GST and FBT calculations
• Client engagement across professional services, medical, and property-related industries
• Meeting agreed financial KPIs and productivity targets

About You

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an Australian public practice firm
• Able to work independently on compliance and tax planning for complex structures
• Strong working knowledge of Division 7A, UPEs, Income Tax, GST, FBT & Small Business CGT Concessions
• Experience with Xero and MYOB
• Currently studying CA or intending to commence CA studies
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Australian work rights required
