HR Business Partner | People & Culture
$100,000 - $120,000 + Super, Hendra, Free On-Site Parking

Join a growing boutique-style organisation in a pivotal People & Culture role. Working closely with the Director, you’ll shape culture, strengthen capability, manage HR operations, and enhance the organisation’s external presence. This is a hands-on, varied role with real influence across the business.

About the Role
As the HR Business Partner, you’ll provide both strategic guidance and day-to-day HR support. You’ll lead core HR functions while also contributing to branding, capability statements, and online presence, helping the business present confidently to clients, candidates, and the industry.

Key Responsibilities People & Culture

• Develop and review HR policies and compliance frameworks
• Lead workforce planning, job design and remuneration reviews
• Manage WHS practices and ensure legislative compliance
• Drive engagement, culture, and recognition initiatives
• Support leaders through coaching and capability development
• Oversee L&D programs and performance management
• Lead talent acquisition and retention activities

Brand & External Engagement

• Prepare and update capability statements
• Manage LinkedIn and online presence for the business
• Promote brand consistency across content and communications
• Attend networking and industry events to build relationships

About You
You’re an experienced HR generalist who can operate confidently at both strategic and operational levels. You enjoy relationship-building, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable representing a business professionally.
Experience in boutique environments or the insurance sector will be highly regarded.
