Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

• Managing end-to-end accounts payable, including weekly and monthly payment runs
• Processing invoices, reconciliations, and purchase order matching
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
• Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries
• Supporting the finance team with administration and reporting
• Identifying process improvements to drive efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role (high-volume preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in your approach
