Responsibilities
You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Working on a diverse range of complex commercial litigation, property and conveyancing matters.
- Have regular involvement and direct contact with clients; and
- Appear in various courts and tribunals .
Requirements To be considered for this role, you will have:
- a current Practicing Certificate;
- a minimum of 2 years' PAE in commercial property and conveyancing matters; and
- excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail.
In addition, you will:
- be an enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service;
- have the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously; and
- have a desire for personal development.
