Turks are looking for a capable 1 year + PAE Lawyer to join our high performing and successful General Insurance team in Sydney.
The successful candidate will work closely with our partners, associates and clients, taking a focus on commercial and property advice.

Responsibilities
You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- working on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters with a focus on property damage & motor vehicle claims
- develop skills in insurance law and litigation;
- have regular involvement and direct contact with clients; and
- appear in various courts and tribunals
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- an academic qualification in law, and either completing PLT or being admitted with a currently QLD practicing certificate;
- experience in litigation; and
- excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail.
In addition, you will:
- be an enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service;
- have the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously; and
- have a desire for personal development.
