Turks are currently seeking an Applications and Business Systems Analyst to join them on a full time basis in Sydney.

About the role
You will play an active role in firmwide change management, systems training, and IT & Systems Project Management. You will be central to the introduction of a matter management system. Evaluates current practices, identifies key needs, and implements tailored criteria to optimize legal workflows, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and drive innovation.
The candidate will be skilled in problem-solving, change management, and project coordination, ensuring seamless transitions and clear communication across teams. You will work closely with legal professionals to integrate technology, refine case management systems, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, and be comfortable working with technology vendors.
Responsibilities
The Applications and Business Systems Analyst will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to the following:
- assist in planning and driving progression of technology and system projects, including:
- assist in project management for AE version upgrade and review Turks customisations
- Drive adoption and provide training for DocAssist project, including building for assistance with project and ongoing maintenance
- diagnose and troubleshoot program issues and general processes across a range of platforms applications;
- training of new starters on base systems;
- assist to develop and deliver training on systems to staff and customers;
- provide a high level of service to internal customers; and
- maintaining and developing precedents and document automation using various technologies.
