Due to the exciting expansion of our firm, we are looking for an experienced law clerk to join our General Insurance practice in Brisbane.
We are looking for candidates with part time working capacity, that are able to commit to at least 3 days per week ongoing.

Responsibilities
Reporting to a Partner, you will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- preparation and drafting of correspondence, including court documents, letters and other word processing;
- opening/closing files;
- downloading and collating documents;
- diary management, including diarising hearing dates and processing of documentation for court actions;
- compiling and sending reports to clients;
- brief preparation;
- monthly billing;
- assisting lawyers as necessary; and
- other secretarial and administrative tasks as required by the Group.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will:
- currently completing a Bachelor of Laws or equivalent;
- experience working within legal administration desirable;
- have an outstanding level of attention to detail;
- demonstrate your reliable and responsible nature;
- have superior time management and organisational skills;
- be an approachable and responsive team member.
