Treasury Clerk, Brokerage firm, London, 12 Month FTC, up to £45k 

We're working with a well-established and highly regarded brokerage firm who are seeking a Treasury Clerk to join its growing Treasury team. This will be on a 12 month fixed term contract. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in banking, international payments, and cash management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with operational processes and controls. 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and process cash receipts, ensuring client accounts are credited accurately and promptly.
• Initiate and manage international payments across various banking platforms.
• Maintain client and banking partner settlement instructions (SSIs).
• Perform daily bank account reconciliations.
• Process cash management transactions, corporate payments, invoices, receipts, interest, and bank charges.
• Investigate payment and receipt queries and liaise directly with banking partners.
• Support internal and external operational and financial audits.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with international payments and SWIFT messaging
• 1-3 years experience working in a similar role 
• Able to start immediately 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to daily deadlines#
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in automation and data analysis
• High levels of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
• Reliable, professional, and punctual approach to work 

They are looking to offer the successful candidates between £40,000 - £45,000.
